Hefei Panda Automation Technology Co., Ltd. is a production-oriented manufacturer integrating the design, fabrication and sales of science museum exhibits, focused on R&D of mechanical and electromechanical interactive exhibits.
Our design, structural and electrical engineers and production/assembly/maintenance staff bring years of industry experience and mature exhibit know-how. Beyond a well-equipped workshop, we know the local science-exhibit supply chain and use it to deliver complete on-site solutions.
We follow the principle of “no general contracting, no bidding,” focusing on OEM of science exhibits and fully protecting client interests.
Exhibit quality is half workshop, half the soil it grows from. Hefei’s science-exhibit supply chain is among the most complete in China.
Hefei sits in central China — no coast, no border — yet holds a large national share of the science-exhibit industry. The root goes back more than fifty years, into the city’s bond with science.
In 1970 the University of Science and Technology of China moved to Hefei — a poor province giving its tightest resources to science. In 1983 the National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory was approved; later the full superconducting tokamak and steady-state strong-field facilities followed, making Hefei one of China’s densest clusters of big science devices.
The ultra-high vacuum, precision mechanics, large electromagnets and automatic control needed for those devices overlap closely with what a reliable interactive exhibit needs. From the 1990s, technicians from local universities and institutes entered the exhibit industry and applied that capability to teaching equipment — Hefei’s exhibit industry grew from the science system, not from招商引资.
In 2003 Anhui issued China’s first provincial policy supporting the science industry; later came national platforms, trade shows and local venues. Local venues trained first, then exported to the nation — a chain from science source to exhibit workshop took shape.
Sheet metal, machining, electrical control, multimedia, software and printing are all local or nearby — fewer long hauls, fewer subcontracting layers.
Structural and electrical engineers mostly come from local universities and institutes. Making an exhibit move is easy; making it move and stay correct is the hard part.
A complete local supply chain keeps standards, processes and labor ample, so lead time and cost stay predictable.
Data here are drawn from the Hefei Science Industry Development Plan (2023–2028), the Hefei All-Area Science System Implementation Plan, and public information from Hefei government and the Hefei Association for Science and Technology, and are used only to describe Hefei’s overall science-industry environment.
From mechanics, acoustics, optics and electromagnetism to life health, earth and future — including children’s interactives and play facilities, configured as complete sets for mobile, community and campus science museums.

From the lobby flow to the first exhibit, the gallery’s first impression is made by space and light together.
Space flow
Abstract science history becomes hands-on interactive devices, making principles visible.
Science history
Body, senses and health exhibits, fit for campus and health-science galleries.
Life science
From time scale to star scale, mass and light create immersion.
Astronomy & space
Hands-on devices and colorful spaces for the youngest, safe, durable and easy to maintain.
Children’s interactives
Information technology and smart-interaction exhibits, closing the gallery with a look forward.
Frontier techFor family and young-visitor venues, children play repeatedly — only then does the principle sink in. We combine interactive play facilities with the science content so fun, safety and durability coexist; it is part of the science, not an add-on.
Climbing nets, slides and ball pits, water and sand, light-interaction walls — playified facilities combined with science content into a continuous play route.
Operating height, viewing angle and passage width set to children’s dimensions; low and reachable, rounded corners, fewer bumps and small-part risks.
Structures and wear parts considered for public high-frequency use, easy to clean, service and replace — fit for holiday peaks and continuous opening.
Embed science phenomena and facts in the play route so each repeat leaves an impression, and parents or docents can bring the content.
Our exhibit list and pricing are transparent — itemized by manufacturing specs so clients can compare and choose. Exhibit pages show no price; request a quotation instead.

How exhibits look when integrated into a space — showing gallery scale and the way exhibits blend in.
The above are conceptual renders of science-venue spaces, used to show gallery feel and exhibit integration; they do not represent any specific project.
The difference is under the surface: material thickness, reinforced load points, tidy wiring, easy-to-replace wear parts. We do these by process and keep records — for re-inspection and for the venue’s later maintenance.
Acrylic and metal parts chosen for the use case; load and moving parts reinforced to resist loosening and deformation under heavy frequent use.
Separated strong/weak wiring with protection; service space left at controls so later checks and part swaps need no full teardown.
Reachable parts rounded with no sharp burrs; surfaces balanced for feel and stain resistance, suited to children and public high-frequency contact.
Each unit powered and motion-tested after assembly, with records kept; usage and maintenance notes delivered so the venue can manage it.
Design, structural and electrical engineers and production staff with industry backgrounds and mature exhibit expertise
2000+ finished exhibits across 15 categories; regular orders scheduled by agreed lead time, rush orders in 7 days

Beyond domestic venues, we also take overseas exhibit needs: technical documents, packing & shipping, and remote installation support to help clients complete local delivery and setup.
English drawings, spec sheets, manuals and maintenance guides as needed, for local plan review, acceptance and upkeep.
Wooden crates with moisture protection per sea or air requirements, with packing lists and numbered marks for customs and on-site counting.
Installation guides and remote video support; electrical parts configured to local voltage and frequency, with interfaces for common local fittings.
Overseas business follows the actual order and the destination country’s access requirements; certifications, testing and documentation responsibilities are confirmed in writing per project.
Tell us your floor area, theme direction and budget range, and we’ll provide exhibit selection advice and a quotation list.
