Purpose & Scientific Principle
Through interactive experiences, we educate the audience on common foods containing toxins and help them understand daily practices to avoid food poisoning.
How to Operate
This exhibition consists of toxin-containing food models, scanners, etc. Food models include: moldy steamed buns, overnight vegetables, meat with mucus on the surface, fresh green beans, and fresh daylilies. Visitors slide the track, the scanner is pointed at any food model, and a video introducing the toxins contained in the food is played on the screen.
Various food models containing toxins are displayed on the booth. The audience moves the scanner over the food model. The scanner identifies the model information. The display set on the scanner explains the toxins contained in the food, the harm to the human body, how to prevent it and other related scientific knowledge. After the experiencer understands, they can continue to scan for the next food toxin and related knowledge.
