Purpose & Scientific Principle

Balance ability refers to the human body's ability to resist external forces that disrupt balance to maintain a balanced state throughout the body. The exhibition items can train children's balance ability and cultivate children's bravery.

How to Operate

The exhibits consist of mushroom piles, tree stumps, single-plank bridges, obstacles and other balancing equipment.

The exhibits are designed with multiple paths. Mushroom piles, tree stumps, single-plank bridges, etc. are randomly arranged on the path. Some soft material obstacles are hung above the path to increase the difficulty of the challenge. Audiences can choose different balance paths and strive to maintain balance throughout the journey.

The ability to resist external forces that disrupt balance to maintain a stable state throughout the body. It can be said that almost any human exercise is performed while maintaining body balance, especially large muscle activities, which require good balance ability to be competent. Developing balance ability is conducive to improving the function of motor organs and vestibular organs, improving the central nervous system's regulatory function of muscle tissue and internal organs, ensuring the smooth progress of physical activities, and improving the ability to adapt to complex environments and self-protection. The development of balance ability can generally be carried out through static balance activities and dynamic balance activities. For example, standing on one foot, supporting the ground with the sole of the forefoot, half-squatting, etc., are static balance activities; while walking, walking with the sole of the forefoot, running in curves or obstacles, standing long jump, walking on a narrow balance board, spinning in circles and stopping, etc., are dynamic balance activities. These can be combined with other ability elements in adjustment quality for comprehensive training.
