Purpose & Scientific Principle
The exhibition item uses somatosensory multimedia interaction to project the form of the audience onto the projection screen and make the human figure fluctuate like water. It is used to vividly demonstrate the theory that everything has volatility, and demonstrates the concept of matter waves proposed by de Broglie in quantum theory.
How to Operate
This device consists of a projector, a projection wall and a camera. The camera captures the appearance of the object. After particle processing, it is projected onto the wall and can be updated in real time according to the actions of the audience. The audience poses in front of the wall, and the projector projects the particleized shape onto the wall. The projector can scale from the macroscopic object to the microscopic quantum world, and the image is particleized, fluctuated, and artistically processed.
The exhibition item uses Microsoft Kinect 3D somatosensory camera, which can complete the recognition and capture of the entire action without using any props. It uses the human skeleton tracking algorithm based on depth images developed by Microsoft Cambridge Research Institute to complete image recognition and real-time dynamic capture at the same time.
