Purpose & Scientific Principle
The exhibition allows the audience to understand the symmetry of patterns through multimedia interaction.
How to Operate
The exhibition items mainly consist of booths, interactive models, multimedia, etc.
The exhibit provides two interactive methods for the audience. The first is in the form of: the audience can change different patterns in front of the angle mirror to observe the symmetry of the pattern in the mirror. The second one is in the form of: the audience can draw a pattern arbitrarily in an area on the touch screen, and the screen will provide a symmetrical figure of the drawn pattern accordingly.
The exhibit uses optical principles to place some props of the designed symmetrical figure in front of the mirror and watch the complete pattern displayed in the mirror, allowing the audience to understand the meaning of symmetry more intuitively. Viewers can also draw their favorite graphics, and the display screen displays various symmetrical patterns through recognition of the drawn patterns and processing by the internal computer.
