Purpose & Scientific Principle
Through interesting electromechanical interactions, the exhibition allows the audience to understand the musical notation, recognize the notes, understand the music theory knowledge in the musical notation, and experience the beauty of music.
How to Operate
There are multiple groups of musical note shapes that can move up and down on the interactive wall, with a staff-shaped device in the background. The audience moves the notes to different positions on the staff to compose music. After determining the positions of all notes, select and press the corresponding buttons (piano, flute, violin) to play the composed music and listen to the music they have composed.
The exhibit uses music processing software to design the sensors at each point into corresponding musical scales. When the audience puts the note props into the corresponding points and turns on the "button", the exhibit will emit rhythmic music.
