Purpose & Scientific Principle
The window of this exhibition is a semi-transparent mirror, and the back panel is a reflector. The light emitted by the object is reflected back by the reflector. Part of the reflected light is seen through the semi-transparent mirror, and the other part of the reflected light is reflected back to the reflector by the semi-transparent mirror. After multiple reflections, it forms the image of many objects, which looks like a tunnel of light. When the angle of the reflector on the back is changed, the reflection route of the light changes, and a curved light tunnel is seen. Reflectors are widely used in daily life, such as home dressing mirrors and rearview mirrors in cars.
How to Operate
This exhibition mainly consists of plane mirrors, semi-reflective and semi-transparent mirrors, lighting devices, etc. The semi-reflective semi-lens and the plane mirror form a box, and a light is arranged in the box. When the light is on, the audience will see through the semi-reflective and semi-transparent mirror the colorful and endless images formed by the reflection of the plane mirror in the box. The audience can operate the hand wheel to adjust the angle of the plane mirror facing the semi-reflective mirror and observe the changes in the image. Through a wonderful and interesting visual experience, the audience can deepen their understanding of the reflection effect of plane mirrors.
1. Operate the hand wheel to adjust the angle of the plane mirror facing the semi-reflective mirror; 2. Observe the colorful and endless images formed by the reflection of the plane mirror in the box.
