Purpose & Scientific Principle
This exhibit realizes the interaction between the ground and wall chip devices by stepping on the ground, allowing visitors to feel the difference in the computing power of different devices during comparison.
How to Operate
(1) The development history of computing power.
(2) Introduction to computing power units: number of operations OPS (used for intelligent computing), number of floating point operations FLOPS (used for supercomputing).
(3) Some devices can perform computing: headsets, mobile phones, laptops, edge servers, data centers, supercomputers, etc.
The narrow definition of computing power is the theoretical maximum number of floating point operations per second (FLOPS) that a computer has. However, computers not only have computing power, but also have data storage and access capabilities, data exchange capabilities with the outside world, and data display capabilities. Broadly speaking, computing power is the ability of computer equipment or computing/data centers to process information. It is the ability of computer hardware and software to work together to perform certain computing requirements.
Currently, the English name of computing power is considered to be cÖmputingpÖwer or HashRate, etc. Such definitions do not reflect the essence of the term.
