Purpose & Scientific Principle
This exhibit hopes to allow the audience to click on the screen to operate the planning and design of the future lunar scientific research station through multimedia game interaction, guide the audience to understand the construction process, basic functions and functions of the lunar scientific research station through the interactive experience, stimulate the audience's creativity and imagination, and look forward to the bright future of the international lunar scientific research station.
How to Operate
In the construction of the international lunar scientific research station, China and Russia have adopted a three-step strategy of “exploration, construction, and use”. The first phase (before 2025) mainly surveys the moon through existing planned missions, implements design and site selection for the international lunar scientific research station, and ensures technical verification of high-precision soft landing. In the second phase (2026 to 2030), the technical verification of the command center of the International Lunar Research Station will be completed; the return of lunar samples will be realized; large-load cargo transportation and high-precision soft landing will be ensured, and joint operations will begin. The third phase (2030 to 2035) will focus on the construction of an international lunar scientific research station, complete the construction of on-orbit and lunar energy, communications, lunar transportation and other facilities, as well as facilities for research, exploration and verification of in-situ utilization of lunar resources, as well as other common future technologies.
The lunar scientific research station is currently a key project in the construction planning. It is expected that China will build the basic type of lunar scientific research station around 2028.
