Purpose & Scientific Principle

This exhibit hopes to allow the public to truly go into space through an immersive cinema mode, from driving a spaceship to going deep into the universe, so that the audience can feel the charm of the vast starry sky, and stimulate the audience, especially the younger generation, to be interested in cosmic science and enthusiasm for astronomical exploration.

How to Operate

A spacecraft is a spacecraft that allows astronauts to live and work in outer space to perform space missions and return to the ground. It is also called a manned spacecraft. Manned spacecraft generally include satellite-type manned spacecraft and lunar landing manned spacecraft. The manned spacecraft can carry out space activities independently, can also be used as a "ferry" between the ground and the space station, and can also conduct joint flights after docking with the space station or other spacecraft.

Composition of a spacecraft - a spacecraft generally consists of a crew return module, an orbital module, a service module, a docking module and an emergency life-saving device. The lunar landing spacecraft also has a lunar landing module. In order to ensure that personnel can enter space and return to the ground safely, the manned spacecraft has the following main subsystems: ① structural system, ② attitude control system, ③ orbit control system, ④ radio measurement and control system, ⑤ power supply system, ⑥ return landing system, ⑦ life support system, ⑧ instrument lighting system, ⑨ emergency life-saving system.

The exhibits create a spaceship shape with a full sense of technology, and combine the overall environment creation with media videos. Let the audience immersively drive a spaceship, roam the vastness, and chant the changes in the future. While experiencing the "space journey", the audience learned about the eight major planets, the asteroid belt, the three major cosmic speeds, black holes, nebulae and other knowledge.
