Purpose & Scientific Principle

The exhibits allow children to swim in the UN scientific spacecraft and learn related knowledge about the spacecraft, the universe, the planet, Bernoulli's principle, etc. through the interactive experience of the UN scientific spacecraft and its sub-exhibits.

How to Operate

Exhibits: Build a large UN scientific spacecraft, and set up multiple interactive exhibits on the spacecraft model. Audiences can enter the spacecraft hull through the spiral staircase, or quickly reach the ocean ball pool below through the slide. On the second-floor platform, there is a moon-gazing sub-exhibit, supplemented by changing lights. Audiences can use telescopes to observe the changes in moon phases and learn about planets, satellites and other related knowledge. Under the spacecraft model, a large ocean ball pool is set up. A large soft-covered guardrail is set up around the ball pool, and a storage grid is set up on the guardrail for the audience to temporarily put their shoes, and it can also be used as a rest area for parents. There are a large number of ocean balls, a set of ball-collecting interactive devices, and a set of air-floating ball interactive devices in the ocean ball pool.

"Looking at the Moon": Set up a telescope, view pictures of the moon, and learn about moon phases.

"Air Ball": Set up a rotatable air outlet, press the start button, place the ocean ball on the air outlet, observe the ball suspended in the air, turn the air outlet, and the ball will follow.

"Ball collecting device": Set up a goal pipe and a ball collecting warehouse, press the start button, place the ocean ball in the goal opening, and watch the ball be sucked into the pipe and enter the transparent shield directly below the spacecraft. When the number of balls in the shield reaches a certain number, the shield will automatically open and the ball will fall into the ball pool.

UFOs can be caused by many reasons, and the observed phenomena vary according to different reasons, but people pay more attention to UFO phenomena (that is, flying saucers) that may be caused by advanced extraterrestrial civilizations.

The UFO craze first appeared in January 1878, when J. Martin, a farmer in Texas, USA, saw a round object in the sky. 150 newspapers in the United States published this news and called this object a "flying saucer." In June 1947, K. Arnold, an entrepreneur from Idaho, flew a private plane near Mount Rainier in Washington and discovered nine disks flying through the air at high speed and jumping forward. This incident was reported in all newspapers in the United States and once again triggered a worldwide UFO craze. Since then, reports of UFO sightings have come one after another, and governments and private organizations from various countries have also organized investigations and studies.

Daniel Bernoulli proposed "Bernoulli's principle" in 1726. This is the basic principle adopted by hydraulics before the continuum theoretical equations of fluid mechanics are established. Its essence is the conservation of mechanical energy of fluids. That is: kinetic energy + gravitational potential energy + pressure potential energy = constant. Its most famous corollary is: when flowing at a constant height, the flow rate is large and the pressure is small.
