Purpose & Scientific Principle
Bring the cube model into the interactive area; observe the cross-sectional shape of the cube "cut" by the beam; rotate the cube and see if the cross-sectional shape changes. The cross-sectional shape of the same geometry is different at different locations. For example, the cross-sectional shape of a cone may be a circle, an ellipse, a triangle, or a quadrilateral.
