Purpose & Scientific Principle
The exhibition uses VR technology to experience a large amount of content in a small space, integrating vivid experience methods and insightful analysis, allowing the public to have an in-depth understanding of low-carbon buildings.
How to Operate
Building energy consumption refers to the consumption of thermal energy through conduction, convection and radiation during the construction and use of the building. According to internationally accepted classifications, building energy consumption specifically refers to the energy consumption during the use of civil buildings (including residential buildings and public buildings), which mainly includes energy consumption in heating, air conditioning, ventilation, hot water supply, lighting, cooking, household appliances and elevators.
VR is virtual reality. Virtual reality technology is a computer simulation technology that can create and experience a virtual world. It uses computers to generate an interactive three-dimensional dynamic scene, and its physical behavior simulation system can immerse users in the environment.
The exhibits use VR interactive art to search for a series of high energy-consuming products in the landscaping, such as green vegetable gardens, monitoring system control panels, lighting adjustments, floor heating temperatures, floor-to-ceiling windows, water appliances, etc., and replace them with green energy-saving products.
The exhibit features an immersive experience space. After the audience wears the VR device, they will be in a virtual three-dimensional environment similar to the real space. By operating handles and head movements, viewers can interact with objects in the virtual scene and find and replace household items that do not meet green environmental standards.
