How to Operate
Artificial permeable membrane used in ultrafiltration process. Generally made of polymer materials such as cellulose acetate, cellulose acetate ester, polyethylene, polysulfone and polyamide. Generally, membrane modules of various types such as tubular, plate, roll, and capillary are pre-made, and then multiple modules are assembled and used together to increase the filtration area and facilitate maintenance.
Ultrafiltration membrane is a microporous filtration membrane with a rated pore size ranging from 0.001 to 0.02 microns. The efficiency of ultrafiltration membrane technology in filtering impurities can reach 99.99%. It can filter out rust, sediment, suspended solids, colloids, bacteria, macromolecular organic matter and other harmful substances in the water, and uses little or no chemicals, effectively avoiding secondary pollution of water quality. At present, it is mostly used in the purification of drinking water and pure water, as well as the purification and recycling of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage.
The ultrafiltration membrane sewage treatment system pressurizes the water body to send the sewage from one side of the filtration membrane to the other side. The impurities and bacteria present in the water body are unable to pass through the filter membrane due to their large diameter and are left on the water inlet side, thereby forming different water areas on both sides of the membrane. One side is the concentrated water area and the other side is the clean water area to achieve the purification of sewage.
