Purpose & Scientific Principle
Let the public understand the high efficiency, greenness and energy saving of photovoltaic agriculture through the display of real planting facilities.
How to Operate
A plant factory is an efficient agricultural system that achieves annual continuous production of crops through high-precision environmental control in a relatively closed space. It uses computers to automatically control environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, light, CO2 concentration, and nutrient solutions during plant growth and development, so that the plant production and development in the facility is not or rarely restricted by natural conditions. Labor-saving production, the core feature is the use of artificial light lighting and soilless cultivation technology to achieve factory production of agricultural vegetable production systems, get rid of the uncertainty of the external soil and climate environment, and realize annual plant production scientifically, accurately and efficiently.
The control system adopted by the exhibits uses a nutrient solution circulation system and an LED lighting system as the main green design means. Nutrient solution circulation system: saves water, the water consumption is 1/30 of that of open field cultivation, and the fertilizer utilization rate is 2-3 times that of open field cultivation. Achieve zero pollution and zero emissions.
The LED lighting system emits very little energy in the infrared range. The light source can be installed according to the height of the cultivated plants. Since it is close to the lighting, it can illuminate the objects without waste. At the same time, plants can maximize photosynthesis and make full use of resources.
